KeyTERRA-FIRMA Ltd. acquire Autodesk

April 1st 2010 09:01 am

We are very pleased with the positive outcome of our takeover negotiations with Autodesk Inc. After the US Monopolies and Trade Commission gave official permission KeyTERRA-FIRMA Ltd. has now obtained all Autodesk Inc. shares with an approved price of $25.21 per share.

This is good news to all CAD users worldwide. Autodesk products such as AutoCAD and all the verticals, Buzzsaw and Maya etc. will be amalgamated into the KeyTERRA-FIRMA mainstream product range within the following couple of weeks.

Analysts say that a merger between KTF and Autodesk has been on the cards since 2003 but this announcement took the City by surprise and the expanded organisation will offer an "all British solution" at a time when UK companies are increasingly falling prey to foreign predators. Analysts also forecast a boost to KTF's revenues and profits above their previous forecasts and the acquisition will help the expanded company sell more higher-margin software products.

"With corporate buyers and private equity short on the ground this is an astounding cash purchase" said a KeyTERRA-FIRMA Ltd. spokesperson and continued to say that concerns regarding job security were unfounded as 99% of existing Autodesk employees and those in the Distribution channel will be accommodated at Systems House in Redditch (UK).

Established in 1998 with one office worldwide KeyTERRA-FIRMA Ltd. is a true pioneer delivering jolly good software. Experienced, energetic and ambitious staff provide a blend of strategic thinking and pro-active carbon neutral virtual deliverables.

Roger Wilcox, President KeyTERRA-FIRMA Ltd.

"We have a great opportunity for exponential holistic growth with the synergy and leverage gained from the takeover and look forward hugely to creating thousands of new TLAs."

Otso Paatelma, CEO KeyTERRA-FIRMA Ltd.

"I was surprised to find out just how much work there seems to be to properly anglicise and integrate the Autodesk business systems and ethos with the far more radical methods that ensured that KeyTERRA-FIRMA Ltd. got to where it is today. Of course an early priority will be to replace AutoCAD Donut and Center with Doughnut and Centre."
